Why am I unable to log in?
The most common reason for login failure is caused by Network connection failure.
You should first troubleshoot the problem on your device itself. Make sure your device can access the network properly, you can also try switching Wi-Fi or cellular data networks, or turning off VPN.
Secondly, there is a possibility that the Grid Note server may have problems and cannot connect. If you use WeChat, Google, etc. to log in, you should also make sure the third-party service can be accessed properly.
Another common error is using a different login method
Grid Note supports login with email and third party account (Apple ID / Google / WeChat), please try to use the last login method to avoid any misuse.
If you are logging in by email, please check if you have received activation email for your Grid Notes account. To avoid entering the wrong email address during registration, we recommend you to go to your email address immediately after registration to check if you received the registration confirmation email and click the link in it to complete the account activation.
Use third party account to login correctly and avoid creating wrong account.
If you have already registered an account with your email address, to avoid creating a redundant account by mistake, please bind a third-party account on the account page within Grid Note first, and then you can log in with the third-party account after completion. If you have not registered an account with your email address, the system will automatically help you register a new account when you log in with a third-party account.
