Troubleshooting
I've been charged but my membership is not active, what should I do?
This is usually caused by the purchase credentials from the store server not being sent to our server properly. You can retry by tapping the "Restore Purchase" button on the App's purchase screen. You can also tap the "Subscribe" button to re-run the purchase process. Don't worry, the store will look up the existing order and will not cause a double charge. In addition, the Grid Note server also regularly refreshes orders, and inactive orders are usually automatically processed within an hour. If you have not activated your membership status for a long time after paying, you can try restarting the App. if the problem persists, please contact us for help.
Why does my membership status show as expiring in one day after I subscribe?
This is also a problem with the communication delay between the Grid Note server and the store server. By the time your order is processed on the server side, your membership length will be updated to the normal status. If your membership length is still showing incorrectly 24 hours after completing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
The App is prompting an error: transaction id is already in use, what is happening?
This indicates that an order already exists for your Apple ID on the current device, but the order has been tied to another Grid Note account. On iOS, App Store orders are tied to your Apple ID and Grid Note memberships are tied to a Grid Note account. Because only one membership can be activated for an order, you cannot purchase memberships for multiple Grid Note accounts on the same device. So before subscribing, please double check that you are currently logged into the correct Grid Note account. If your store order has been incorrectly bound to another Lattice Notes account, please contact us for assistance.
